Binom is an ad tracker for affiliates and media buyers that runs on your own server, with a managed cloud version as well. It charges a flat license fee that does not change with click volume, domains or users.

FAQ
Do you need your own server for Binom?
Not necessarily. Binom started as a self-hosted tracker, but there is now a cloud version that costs more and includes the server, monitoring and optimization; if you self-host, Binom will also set up the server environment for free.
Can you try Binom for free?
Yes. The trial has no limits on traffic or features: the price page lists 30 days for self-hosted (the FAQ says 14 by default, extendable to 30 through support or a coupon), and 7 days for the cloud version.
Can you cancel Binom and get a refund?
You can stop or resume a subscription at any time, and Binom states that unused license time is refunded.
My take
I used BeMob and then Voluum before switching to Binom, mainly because it let me keep the data on my own server. At the time, in 2020, my traffic was mostly pop, native and redirect.
