Monetag is a publisher monetization platform run by Propeller Ads Ltd, for websites, social traffic, Telegram Mini Apps and APKs, paying on an eCPM basis. Payouts are monthly by default, switchable to twice a month, from $5.

FAQ
Can Monetag run alongside AdSense?
Push, In-Page Push, Vignette Banner and Direct Link can generally share a page with AdSense; Popunder cannot, since Google does not serve its ads on sites that trigger pop-unders.
How often does Monetag pay?
Monthly by default: reach the minimum in January, traffic is reviewed in February, and you are paid automatically on the 1st–10th of March. You can switch to the 4th and 19th in your dashboard, and Priority Silver+ publishers can be paid weekly on Thursdays. The first payout comes 2 weeks after traffic starts.
Can Monetag be used to buy traffic?
No. Monetag is for monetization only; to buy traffic, register as an advertiser with PropellerAds.
My take
I mainly tested Monetag’s Smartlink for traffic arbitrage. If you add its monetization code to a site, note that since June 15, 2026 Google treats back button hijacking the same way even when an ad SDK you included does it (I covered this in my post on Google’s Back Button ban).
Watch out for
- Not relying on Google organic traffic doesn’t make you safe: once Google sees your domain as spam, the risk of a Google Safe Browsing flag goes up too.
