What it is
PropellerAds is a self-serve ad platform: one account buys Push, Popunder, Interactive, Telegram and Paid Social traffic. It is prepaid and bills by CPM or CPC, or you can set a target cost per conversion and let CPA Goal bid.

FAQ
How do PropellerAds promo codes work?
Enter the code in the promo code field on the Add Funds page. Some codes only work on your first deposit, some need a minimum top-up (the Help Center's example is a deposit over $250), and wire and Volet payments can't use them. Is there a PropellerAds promo code for existing accounts?
Yes, but there are only a few each month, and they go first to members of Peter's paid community on Knowledge Planet (in Chinese). How to join →
What is the PropellerAds minimum deposit?
It's prepaid: the agreement says deposits start at $100 depending on the payment method, plus a service fee; PayPal can't fund the first campaign.
Can you get a PropellerAds refund?
Ask in writing within 6 months of the last payment. After a second deposit, only balances over $200 are refunded, minus a 10% fee, and bonus funds never are. Requests are processed within 5 business days.
Does PropellerAds give you an account manager?
From the Gold tier ($5,000+ a month in spend), along with a free managed service; Gold and above also get priority moderation and support.
My take
I've used PropellerAds since 2016 and still run it today; it has long been my main traffic source for Pop and Push. Of the Pop and Push sources I've tested, which is most of them, its performance and volume are among the biggest, and I now use the official MCP connector to let AI pull stats and adjust bids by zone.

Once it's installed, ask for your balance: if it answers with a number, you're connected. When pulling stats, say which time zone you want.
How I run it
- On a small first test with one traffic source, I send traffic straight to the offer, with no tracker and no lander, and judge zones, GEOs and hours in PropellerAds' own stats. Once the budget or the number of sources grows, I add a tracker.
- With the MCP connector, AI pulls stats and adjusts zone bids; any budget change, bid change, blacklist or new campaign needs my explicit approval.
Watch out for
- Stats default to EST: July 24 showed +$23 in EST but was actually -$18.9 in UTC+8, so always state the time zone when pulling data.
- Don't lump days or GEOs together: the same zone can make money in TH and lose it in ZA, and mixing them gets good zones cut.
